# Burger and Hot Dog Catering in DFW

## Burger and Hot Dog Catering

Hot dogs are an add-on to either burger package at $2.50 per person, and they are 100% beef. To be clear about how it works: hot dogs go alongside a burger package, they are not sold on their own. The grill is already running, so adding dogs costs you very little and buys a lot of goodwill with the kids and the picky eaters in the crowd.

### 100% Beef Hot Dogs

Grilled on site next to the burgers, served with the same condiment station so guests dress them how they like.

### Feeds a Mixed-Age Crowd

Kids who will not touch a full burger will eat a hot dog. That means fewer plates left half finished and fewer parents apologizing.

### Same Grill, Same Service

Nothing changes about how we run the event. One station, one crew, both items coming off hot.

## Hamburger and Hot Dog Catering for Large Groups

At a big headcount, hot dogs cook fast and keep the line moving while burgers finish. That is why they earn their place at a large event, not just at a kids party.

### How It Is Priced

-   The Cookout at $13 per person: hamburger, cheeseburger, grilled chicken or veggie burger, plus any two sides 
-   The Block Party at $18 per person: everything in The Cookout plus a slider station and a drink station 
-   20% service charge and 8.25% sales tax on top 
-   Hot dogs add $2.50 per person to either package 
-   40 guest minimum 
-   $500 food and beverage minimum 

### Planning at Scale

-   One grill station per 75 guests 
-   Most adults eat one to one and a half items 
-   Kids eat roughly half of what an adult eats 
-   Two hours of service is right for most events 
-   Two weeks minimum booking notice
