# Company Picnic Catering in DFW

We bring a fully staffed grill station to your company picnic, cook fresh through the service window, and break the whole setup down when we are finished.

## Company Picnic Catering

If you are the person in HR or the office manager who has to make this happen, you have a different set of problems than someone throwing a birthday party. You have a budget per head you have to justify, a headcount that shifts in the final week, dietary requirements you cannot survey properly, and a finish time because people go back to work. Burgers off a grill solve all four.

### Headcount That Moves

Give us your best number when you book and confirm closer to the date. We plan stations around the final count so nobody stands in a long line.

### Clean Invoicing

One quote, one invoice, all-in pricing so you can take it to whoever signs off. No surprise charges added at the end.

### Setup and Breakdown Included

We arrive early, set up the station, cook, serve and pack out. No employee gets handed a spatula and told to run the grill.

## Employee Appreciation Event Catering

The point of an appreciation day is that it feels like somebody went to trouble. A grill running in the parking lot or the park does that. A stack of delivery boxes does not.

### What We Bring

-   Grill station with our own crew 
-   Hamburger, cheeseburger, grilled chicken and veggie burger, all included 
-   Lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, mustard, mayo, ketchup, salt and pepper 
-   Choice of two sides from six options 
-   Potato salad, baked pork BBQ beans, creamy coleslaw, macaroni salad, fresh fruit salad, seasoned vegetables 
-   Two hours of service, longer if you need it 

### Pricing and Planning

-   The Cookout at $13 per person, all four proteins and two sides included 
-   The Block Party at $18 per person, everything in The Cookout plus a slider station and a drink station 
-   20% service charge and 8.25% sales tax on top 
-   40 guest minimum 
-   $500 food and beverage minimum 
-   One grill station per 75 guests 
-   Two weeks minimum booking notice
