They are outdoors, the headcount runs high, the crowd spans grandparents to toddlers, and people show up across a two hour stretch instead of all at once. Trays of food set out early are cold by the time half the guests walk in. We grill on site, so burgers come off the grill hot for the guest who arrives first and for the one who arrives last. ### You Host, We Cook You should be taking photos and shaking hands, not standing over a grill for two hours. We handle the cooking, the serving and the cleanup of our station. ### Served in Waves Guests trickle in at a grad party. We cook to the flow of the crowd so the food stays hot instead of sitting in a chafing dish. ### Built for Mixed Ages Hamburger, cheeseburger, grilled chicken and a veggie burger are all included at the base price, so picky kids, hungry teenagers and grandparents are all covered. ## How Much Does Graduation Party Catering Cost? Straight numbers, no guessing. Both packages include on-site grilling, a toasted bun and condiment station, your choice of two sides, and two hours of service. A 20% service charge and 8.25% sales tax apply on top. ### The Cookout $13 per person - Hamburger, cheeseburger, grilled chicken or veggie burger - Lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, mustard, mayo, ketchup, salt and pepper - Choice of two sides: potato salad, baked pork BBQ beans, creamy coleslaw, macaroni salad, fresh fruit salad, seasoned vegetables - On-site grilling by our crew - Two hours of service ### The Block Party $18 per person - Everything in The Cookout - Slider station: mini burgers alongside the main grill - Drink station: iced tea, lemonade, bottled water - Two hours of service 40 guest minimum Below that the grill setup does not make sense $500 food and beverage minimum Applies to every booking One grill station per 75 guests Keeps the line moving instead of stacking up Two weeks notice Minimum lead time to book your date ## Planning a Grad Party Headcount 1 ### Count the whole family, not the graduate's friends Grad parties pull in parents, siblings, grandparents and neighbors. The list grows in the last two weeks. 2 ### Afternoon outdoors means bigger appetites Most adults eat one to one and a half burgers. Kids eat about half that. 3 ### One station per 75 guests At 150 guests we bring two stations so nobody waits in a long line for food. 4 ### Lock the date early Graduation season books out fast.
