# Slider Bar Catering in DFW

Sliders are grilled on site alongside the main grill. They portion well for grazing events, cocktail hours and any crowd where people want to try more than one thing.

## Slider Bar Catering

A slider is a small burger, and that size changes how people eat. Instead of committing to one full burger, a guest can take two sliders and try more than one thing. That works well at an event where people are standing, talking and grazing rather than sitting down to a plate.

### Easy to Eat Standing Up

Sliders hold together in one hand, which suits a cocktail hour or a reception where nobody is at a table.

### Fits Mixed Appetites

A big appetite takes three, a light eater takes one. Nobody has to leave half a burger on a plate.

### Grilled On Site

The slider station runs off the same grill as everything else, so they come out hot rather than sitting under a lid.

## How to Get a Slider Station

There are two ways to put sliders on your event, and the pricing is straightforward.

### Included in The Block Party

$18 per person

-   Slider station included at no extra charge 
-   Drink station with iced tea, lemonade and bottled water 
-   Hamburger, cheeseburger, grilled chicken or veggie burger 
-   Choice of any two sides 
-   Two hours of service 

### Added to The Cookout

$13 per person, plus $3 per person for sliders

-   Slider station as an add-on 
-   Hamburger, cheeseburger, grilled chicken or veggie burger 
-   Lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, mustard, mayo, ketchup, salt and pepper 
-   Choice of any two sides 
-   Two hours of service 

40 guest minimum

$500 food and beverage minimum

One grill station per 75 guests

20% service charge and 8.25% sales tax
