Setup and Breakdown Included
We arrive early, set up the station, cook, serve and pack out. No employee gets handed a spatula and told to run the grill.
Employee Appreciation Event Catering
The point of an appreciation day is that it feels like somebody went to trouble. A grill running in the parking lot or the park does that. A stack of delivery boxes does not.
What We Bring
- Grill station with our own crew
- Hamburger, cheeseburger, grilled chicken and veggie burger, all included
- Lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, mustard, mayo, ketchup, salt and pepper
- Choice of two sides from six options
- Potato salad, baked pork BBQ beans, creamy coleslaw, macaroni salad, fresh fruit salad, seasoned vegetables
- Two hours of service, longer if you need it
Pricing and Planning
- The Cookout at $13 per person, all four proteins and two sides included
- The Block Party at $18 per person, everything in The Cookout plus a slider station and a drink station
- 20% service charge and 8.25% sales tax on top
- 40 guest minimum
- $500 food and beverage minimum
- One grill station per 75 guests
- Two weeks minimum booking notice
