We do not drop off trays. We bring a grill, set it up at your location, and cook while your guests are there, so the food hits the plate hot off the flame.
What Is Cookout Catering?
Cookout catering is catering where the food is grilled on site at your event instead of being cooked elsewhere and delivered.
That one difference changes the whole event. Nothing sits in a chafing dish waiting for guests to find it. The grill runs while people are there, the smell carries across the yard, and the station becomes somewhere people stand around and talk. Burgers come off the flame and go straight onto a plate.
It also means somebody else is cooking. You are not the host who spent the party behind a grill and missed most of it.
Cookout Catering
Here is what a setup looks like on the day. We arrive early, set up the grill station and the serving table, cook and serve through your service window, then pack the whole thing out and leave the space the way we found it.
The Cookout
$13 per person
- Hamburger, cheeseburger, grilled chicken or veggie burger
- Lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, mustard, mayo, ketchup, salt and pepper
- Choice of two sides: potato salad, baked pork BBQ beans, creamy coleslaw, macaroni salad, fresh fruit salad, seasoned vegetables
- On-site grilling by our crew
- Two hours of service
The Block Party
$18 per person
- Everything in The Cookout
- Slider station: mini burgers alongside the main grill
- Drink station: iced tea, lemonade, bottled water
- Two hours of service
40 guest minimum
Plus a $500 food and beverage minimum
One station per 75 guests
More guests means more stations, not a longer line

Grill Catering in Dallas-Fort Worth
Cooked at Your Location
The grill runs at your event. Food is served straight off the flame instead of reheated on arrival.
What We Need
A flat spot for the grill station, roughly ten feet of clearance around it, and access to the area so we can bring equipment in and out.
Our Crew Runs It
Setup, cooking, serving and breakdown are ours. Additional service time is $300 per hour per station, fully staffed and grilling.
