Question 2

What is your minimum?

Accepted Answer

Our only minimum is a $500 food and beverage minimum.

Question 3

How far in advance do I need to book?

Accepted Answer

Two weeks minimum. Popular dates in spring and fall go earlier than that, so the sooner the better.

Question 4

What are your booking and cancellation terms?

Accepted Answer

A 25% non-refundable booking fee (deposit) is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Cancel more than 7 days before the event and we refund the remaining 75% (the 25% booking fee is non-refundable). Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, but the full amount paid can be applied to a future event date.

Question 5

Do you actually grill on site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Everything is grilled fresh at your event. Nothing arrives pre-cooked or reheated. That is the whole point of what we do.

Question 6

How long is service?

Accepted Answer

Two hours is standard and included in all three packages. Additional time is $300 per hour per station, fully staffed and grilling the whole time.

Question 7

How many grill stations will my event need?

Accepted Answer

One station per 75 guests. Most events run on a single station.

Question 8

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve a 50 mile radius around Arlington, Texas, which covers Dallas, Fort Worth and most of the surrounding metroplex. If you are near the edge of that range, ask when you request a quote.

Question 9

Do you have vegetarian options?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A veggie burger is available in The Block Party. Other vegetarian and dietary needs can be accommodated on request. Tell us when you book.

Question 10

What is included besides the food?

Accepted Answer

Professional on-site grilling, full setup, toasted buns, and a complete condiments station with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, mustard, mayo, ketchup, salt and pepper.

Question 11

What kinds of events do you cater?

Accepted Answer

Birthday parties, graduations, anniversaries, wedding rehearsal dinners and receptions, corporate team building, employee appreciation days, company picnics and family reunions.
