Plano Catering Questions
Can you grill at a Plano office location?
We offer on-site catering at office events. Tell us about the available outdoor space and confirm any building or property permissions before booking.
How long is burger service at a Plano event?
All three packages include two-hour service, professional on-site grilling and setup. Additional time is $300 per hour per station, fully staffed and grilling.
What are the booking and cancellation terms for Plano?
A 25% non-refundable booking fee (deposit) is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Cancel more than 7 days before the event and we refund the remaining 75% (the 25% booking fee is non-refundable). Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, but the full amount paid can be applied to a future event date.
