We Bring the Grill to You
Burger Catering in Dallas
We are a mobile caterer. The grill, the crew and the food all arrive at your Dallas location, and your guests eat straight off the flame.
Burger Catering Dallas
Most of what we cook in Dallas is not in a backyard. It is an office park, a courtyard between two buildings, a rooftop terrace, or a parking area behind a suite.
That changes the planning, not the food. A grill needs a spot with clearance and air, and in a dense part of the city that spot has to be agreed before the day rather than found on arrival. Once we know where the station goes, everything else is our problem.
We do not have a storefront in Dallas. We come to you, set up, cook through your service window, then break the station down and take it with us.
Planning a Grill in the City
Three things are worth sorting out early at a Dallas address. None of them are complicated, but all three are easier to solve two weeks out than two hours out.
Where the Station Sits
An open courtyard, terrace or lot edge works well. We need a flat spot with roughly ten feet of clearance and open air above it. Building management usually has an opinion, so it helps to ask them first.
Loading and Access
Tell us how equipment gets in: a dock, a service elevator, a gate code, or a straight walk from the curb. If there is a height limit or a load-in window, we plan our arrival around it.
Timing Around the Day
Downtown and Uptown addresses often have a fixed slot for deliveries and a hard finish time for the event. We arrive early enough to be set up and quiet before guests appear.
Hamburger Catering in Dallas
A lot of our Dallas work is corporate, which means somebody has to justify a cost per head and get people fed inside a window. Burgers do that well. There is no plated service, no seating chart, and no course timing to hold the room hostage. People come to the station, get a hot plate, and go back to their table or their desk.
The same setup works for a birthday in Oak Cliff or a graduation party in Lake Highlands. Guests arrive in waves at those, and a running grill handles waves better than a buffet that was filled once and has been sitting there since.
We run one grill station per 75 guests. Past that, a single station turns into a line, so we add stations rather than ask people to wait.
