Tailgate Catering
A tailgate lives or dies on timing. There is a hard kickoff, everyone shows up in the same thirty minute window, and the food has to be ready and hot. We set up a staffed grill station, not a warming tray, and cook straight through your service window so the last person in line eats the same food as the first.
A Real Grill, Not a Tray
Hamburger, cheeseburger, grilled chicken and veggie burger cooked on site, plus a toasted bun and full condiment station. All four are included at the base price.
Drink Station Add-On
The Block Party includes a drink station with iced tea, lemonade and bottled water, which saves you hauling coolers and keeping them stocked all afternoon.
Hot Dogs for the Crowd
Add 100% beef hot dogs for $2.50 per person. They cook fast and keep the line moving before kickoff.
Game Day Details
Packages
- The Cookout at $13 per person: all four proteins plus any two sides
- The Block Party at $18 per person: everything in The Cookout plus a slider station and a drink station
- Hot dogs add $2.50 per person
- 20% service charge and 8.25% sales tax on top
- Two hours of service, additional time at $300 per hour per station
What We Need From You
- Space for a grill station and a serving table
- Your kickoff time so we can time service around it
- A headcount, with a 40 guest minimum
- $500 food and beverage minimum
- Two weeks minimum booking notice
