Grilled in Your Yard, Not Delivered in a Tray
Burger Catering in Fort Worth
Fort Worth events tend to have room to spread out. That suits us, because our whole service is built around a grill running where the guests are.
Burger Catering Fort Worth
Ted ran a burger restaurant in Keller before moving to catering, so this side of the metroplex is familiar ground.
The practical difference between here and Dallas is space. Fort Worth events are more often on a lawn, a covered patio, a ranch style property, or a church grounds. Placing a grill station is usually straightforward, and there is normally somewhere sensible for guests to eat within a short walk of it.
We are mobile, with no storefront in Fort Worth. Everything arrives with the crew and leaves with them.
Fort Worth Catering Service
A big share of what we cook out here is family reunions, church events and company picnics. Those events have a shape in common. People arrive over an hour rather than all at once, there are always kids, and somebody in the group does not eat beef.
A running grill handles that. Food is cooked as guests come to it rather than laid out once and left, so the last person through gets the same plate as the first. Grilled chicken and a veggie burger are included in both packages, so nobody has to be treated as a special request.
We plan one grill station per 75 guests. At a reunion of 150 that is two stations, which keeps the line short enough that people do not give up and sit down hungry.
What We Need at a Fort Worth Address
Yard and Patio Setups
A flat area with roughly ten feet of clearance around the grill, open above, and a path wide enough to roll equipment through. Most yards out here clear that easily. Gravel and grass are both fine as long as the ground is level.
If the eating area is under a tent or a covered patio, we keep the grill outside it and serve across.
Ranch and West Side Properties
Properties past Benbrook and out toward Aledo often sit down a long drive or behind a gate. Tell us about gate codes, cattle guards, or a track that gets soft after rain, and we will plan the load-in for it.
Addresses further west add travel to the day, so we ask for the full address when we quote rather than after you book.
